Inhale and expand out as you look all right your left-hand exhale reaching over your right leg resting your right hand on your shin. Keep your core active to support your back as you twist your chest open. Feeling that expansion across your chest! Expanding your capacity For bliss.

Then let’s come back up and do the other side pivoting your right foot in and the left foot out. Inhale reaching your arms out, exhale reaching over your left leg. Opening up! Making more space inside! Creating inner cellular space!

Bring your feet back together close your eyes take a deep breath in! Exhale that energy of joy and appreciation! It’s a great day to be alive!
