SYNOPSIS

We all have trouble sleeping from time to time.

It’s important to create a sleeping ritual for yourself.

Establish a time to go to sleep around the same time every night.

Stop looking at your screens so you can start to turn inside.

Play soft music and make yourself a calming tea.

One of our favorite rituals is to soak in the tub with bath salts and lavender oil.

If you don’t have a tub you could take a warm shower and spray some lavender in the shower, taking in the calming scent.

As you soak in the tub, or stand in the shower, see the stresses of your day and let them go.

Let them wash away.

Focus now on all that went well, being grateful.
